By placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds policies and our Privacy Policy.
2. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where these terms are inconsistent with those rights, those rights prevail.
3. Prices, GST and payment
- All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST at 10% unless stated otherwise. Your tax invoice shows the GST amount.
- Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
- We accept the payment methods shown at checkout ([card / Apple Pay / Google Pay / PayPal / direct bank transfer]). For direct bank transfer, orders are processed once cleared funds are received.
- We try to make sure prices and descriptions are correct. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before dispatch and you can choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept your order and confirm it by email, or when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if the product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if the product cannot lawfully be supplied to you.
We sell to customers in Australia only.
5. Quotes, custom and bulk orders
- Some products are available by quote only. A quote is valid for [30] days unless it states otherwise and is subject to stock availability.
- For custom embroidered or printed items, you confirm that you own or are authorised to use any logo, trade mark or artwork you supply, and you agree to indemnify us against claims that our use of that artwork, as instructed by you, infringes someone else’s rights.
- We email a digital proof before production. Production begins only after you approve the proof. Please check spelling, colours, placement and sizes carefully; approved details can’t be changed once production starts.
- Minimum order quantities, setup fees and tiered pricing for custom items are set out on the product page or in your quote. [Client to confirm minimum order and setup fee.]
- Embroidered or printed colours may vary slightly from on-screen previews and proofs. Previews are indicative only.
- Custom items are not returnable for change of mind but remain covered by the consumer guarantees (see our Returns & Refunds policy).
6. Product information and lawful use
- Product images are for illustration; packaging and minor details may vary.
- Check compatibility notes (for example earpieces, speaker microphones and pouches) before you order. If you’re unsure, contact us.
- UHF CB radios are used under the ACMA citizen band radio class licence. Some devices (for example push-to-talk over cellular radios) need a separate service plan.
- Body-worn cameras must be used in line with the Surveillance Devices Act 1999 (Vic) and other privacy laws. You are responsible for lawful use of the products you buy.
- We do not sell prohibited or controlled weapons.
7. Delivery, risk and title
Delivery is covered in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Risk passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes to you when we receive payment in full.
8. Liability
Subject to section 2, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the products. Where our liability for goods not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use can lawfully be limited, it is limited to (at our option) replacing the goods or supplying equivalent goods, repairing the goods, or paying the cost of replacing or repairing them.
9. Business customers
If you buy for a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind the business. [Optional: trade account terms, if offered, are set out in a separate credit agreement.]
10. Privacy
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. Logo files and artwork you upload are used only to quote and produce your order.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in place when you place your order apply to that order.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
